This is a non-accredited training course. Upon successful completion of the Care Navigation training course, delegates will receive a certificate of attendance from ARC Training Academy.

No. A clinical background is not required to carry out the role. Care Navigators provide guidance and active signposting rather than clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our Care Navigation Training gives non-clinical staff the knowledge and confidence to safely direct patients to the most appropriate services while recognising when clinical escalation is needed.
Yes. Upon successful completion of our Care Navigation Training course, all delegates will receive a certificate from ARC Training Academy. This accreditation can be used as evidence of your training for CPD records, internal training requirements and health service audits.
