Our Fire Marshal (often referred to as Fire Warden) course is suitable and designed for any person responsible for fire safety or who are designated as Fire Marshals/Wardens within their place of work. Fire Marshal Training is essential to ensure that employees who may be the designated Fire Marshal within their business, fully understand their role and their duties within the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
This course is also suitable for individuals wishing to enhance their existing knowledge or develop a greater understanding of the hazards and risks surrounding poor fire management.
This course is suitable for all businesses, but upon request, can be tailored to a specific industry.
Our course can be delivered online or face to face. Your staff will gain a greater learning experience from face to face training as practical activities can be completed effectively.
This is a non accredited training course and therefore staff members will be certificated directly by ARC Training Academy.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
Delegates will gain the appropriate knowledge of fire safety in the workplace to fulfil their role of Fire Marshal/Warden in their workplace
A Fire Marshal (or Fire Warden) is a person designated to help ensure fire safety in the workplace. Their responsibilities include fire prevention, evacuation coordination, and ensuring safety procedures are followed during an emergency.
While the term “Fire Marshal” isn’t mandated, under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, employers must appoint competent persons to assist with fire safety duties. Fire Marshal training helps meet this legal requirement.
Anyone responsible for fire safety in the workplace, including managers, supervisors, health & safety officers, or designated fire wardens.
Practical extinguisher training is not included in this course.
Your certificate will last for 3 years, though annual refresher training is recommended, especially in high-risk environments.
