What this Course Can Offer

Delegates will understand how their feelings affect their behaviour and changing how they feel can change the patient experience for the better. Building confidence will enhance their skills to help the patient receive the best possible care.

Delegates will also understand the ways in which they can communicate, how to use Active Listening and blocks to effective listening.

Finally, delegates will learn how to manage difficult situations or challenging conversations to achieve controlled closure.

This is a non-accredited training course and will therefore, be certificated by ARC Training Academy.
