Mental Health Awareness at Work
Course Overview
This online Mental Health Awareness course gives employees the practical understanding they need to recognise mental health as part of daily work, identify early signs of stress and respond appropriately when someone is struggling.
The course uses workplace examples from office, remote, and hybrid settings. It explains how mental health can change over time, what affects it at work and why it is important to act early and supportively. Learners also get clear advice on boundaries, confidentiality, and guiding others to the right support without taking on more than they should.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to recognise changes in their own or others’ mental health at work, start supportive conversations, understand appropriate steps and boundaries for offering help, and effectively guide colleagues to the right support.
