Delegates will learn what Care Navigation is and understand Active Signposting as a routine non-clinical role. Patient safety will also be explored, including a recap on “Red Flag” clinical triage for safe signposting. Finally, delegates will understand the avenues that patients can be navigated to, to ensure they receive the best possible care.
This is a non-accredited training course and will therefore be certificated by ARC Training Academy.
